Enterprise Sales Executive​, Happify Health​​​

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and drive active pipeline of direct ​employer customers

  • Source ​large ​employer prospects from personal lead generation activities ​(personal network, industry events and conferences, ​​cold calling), ​consultant/​broker relationships​, and inbound inquiries​/responses to marketing campaigns​
  • Qualify leads and identify high value prospects
  • Build robust in-year and 1/1 pipeline
  • Successfully apply needs-based sales approach to identify prospects' needs and goals, develop sales strategies, customize proposals, and win business​ Coordinate responses to employer-specific RFPs​
  • Demo product(s)/collaborate with experts to present to decision makers and close deals

Support business development activities to drive growth and sustainability

  • Create awareness of Happify​ Health​ solutions ​and outcomes ​with ​consultants, ​brokers and other influencers
  • Develop and maintain key ​​consultant/b​​​roker relationships​
  • Coordinate responses to ​​annual ​consultant​​ ​RFIs

Meet​/​exceed annual sales target​s​

Qualifications:
  • Successful track record of direct ​to employer ​sales within the healthcare/wellbeing space
  • Experience with digital health ​tools and strategies
  • Proven success in building relationships with senior ​business executives, HR/Benefit executives, and ​consultants/​brokers
  • Demonstrated sales success in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments/self-starter​ -- successful sales in early stage company​/start-up​ ​preferred​
  • Successful experience selling into Large/National Accounts
  • Must have familiarity with SalesForce.com
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

​​Health Plan Sales Executive​, Happify Health

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and drive active pipeline of health plan customers

  • Source ​​health plan prospects from personal lead generation activities ​and inbound inquiries​
  • Qualify leads and identify high value prospects
  • Build robust pipeline​, identifying both in-year and 1/1 opportunities​
  • Successfully apply needs-based sales approach to identify prospects' needs and goals, develop ​solution and sales strategy, ​​​customize proposals, and win business
  • Collaborate with ​Happify Health ​experts to present to ​cross-functional ​decision makers​, represent research and value propositions, demo platform capabilities,​ and close deals​

Support business development activities to drive growth and sustainability

  • Create awareness of Happify​ Health​ solutions ​and outcomes ​with ​key influencers​ within the health plan (e.g., product innovation leads, clinical leaders/CMOs)​
  • Develop and maintain key​ industry​ relationships​ to build market awareness

Meet​/​exceed annual sales target​s​

Qualifications:
  • Successful experience with healthcare ecosystem and health plans/health plan role within the ecosystem
  • Demonstrated understanding of health plan business models and offerings (Risk/ASO offerings; wellness products/approaches, etc.)
  • Successful track record of ​health plan ​sales​ and relationship management​​ Experience with digital health ​tools and strategies​
  • Experience with digital health ​tools and strategies​
  • Proven success in building relationships with ​cross-functional ​business executives (product, clinical/CMO, finance/CFO, operations)
  • Demonstrated sales success in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments/self-starter​ -- successful sales in early stage company​/start-up​ ​preferred​
  • Must have familiarity with SalesForce.com
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
